Shipping information: Orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Brisbane, usually within 2 working days of your order being received. Delivery times within Australia will depend on your distance from Brisbane and can vary from approximately 3 to 12 working days.
All deliveries are made using Australia Post Parcel Post service. A signature will be required. If you are not home to sign for the parcel, Australia Post will leave a card in your letter box asking you to collect it from your local post office. A tracking number will be shown on your shopping cart account once it has been dispatched.
Deliveries to overseas destinations (including New Zealand) will be made by your local National Postal Service, cannot be tracked and are outside of Wiley’s control – please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery.
John Wiley & Sons Australia is not responsible if the parcel is lost in transit.
Overseas deliveries may attract a local customs charge, levy or other taxes upon entry into your country. John Wiley & Sons Australia is not responsible for these charges.
NOTE: As of 10th July 2019, all orders of print textbooks via Wiley Direct will receive free shipping! No promo code necessary, the shipping cost will be removed automatically during the check-out process. This promotion is effective as of 10th July 2019 and may only last for a limited time.
The price for NZ customers is not reduced further because it already excludes GST. For example, if the price shown on the Wiley Direct website is AUD $65 then if you are in New Zealand, the price shown on your credit card will be AUD $65 converted to NZD by your bank. Depending on the exchange rate, this could be NZD $70.
Wiley cannot give you the exact conversion rate as this depends on the exchange rate at the time and any additional conversion charges added on by your bank.
